Worst night ever in a hotel. Facility/building is fine, but management needs to have control of the hotel. There was a big teen convention of sone sort happening. They were all over the common areas of the lobby and denyral staircase and appeared to be doing group activities in common areas rather than dedicated conference rooms. Noise levels were consistently high and reverberated through the entire hotel due to the open lobby and hallways leading to central area. The ruckus was still going at 12:30AM when i went out to the hallway to confront one group of teens. They were clueless on the amount of noise and clearly there was no adult supervision. We had to have security shut down the gatherings which eventually resulted in some quiet after 1am. Management should have acted 3 hours earlier, but did nothing on their own Many junior athletic teams use this hotel because of proximity to sports complexes, but our team will have a rough tournament with no sleep. Whoever was on duty as manager on the night of friday november 29, 2024 should be fired or needs immediate remediation.

I have stayed here about 4 years ago and liked the property. However this time I found my room to be in a bit of disrepair, chipped floors, chipped paint on corners and doors. Lamps not plugged in. While I was still comfortable in the room it just felt like the hotel is getting due for a reno. The thing that I really didnā€™t like was waiting for my 100$ deposit to be returned because a hotel employee had to go inspect the room. I have never had this happen at any hotel I have visited. I certainly didnā€™t feel like a valued customer.

we had a family suite with 5 adults for a convocation the following day. we had to ask for extra towels and blankets. suites should already come with extra knowing there are 5 adults. would be nice if a continental breakfast was included as well. overall a very clean hotel.

Peaceful rest. Great sound insulation. Building shape means a long-ish walk for rooms at the far edge, but also quiet halls. Slowest elevators ever, though. Not sure if the loft has windows that open, but the AC was nice enough that we didnā€™t bother to try or even care. Minutes away by car to good food and some shopping. Had an odd time connecting with scheduled room service, but staff in the halls who happened to be about did well to fill the gaps.

Malfunctioning fire alarm
I called ahead for an early check in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30 pm but it wasn't ready until 3 and we had to sit and wait in lobby. We ultimately got upgraded to a suite which was nice but the fire alarm malfunctioned over our bed and kept strobe flashing at random times waking us up. I went down to complain at front desk around midnight and of course when they went up to look it didn't do it. I don't think they believed me. Worst sleep in a hotel ever. I mentioned it again on check out but I was just given a "sorry to hear that. You're all paid already so have a nice day".
