Checking in the person wasn’t helpful with information. Dirty bathroom. House keeping walked in while I was in the shower. Did not knock. Most items light fixtures, phone, was not working. As well no one can provide in room dining menu. Great location , restaurants again they need to improve on customer service

Under construction, parking was not convenient. Have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and this time it was quite disappointing. No indication that parking would be double the price. I understand that it is holiday time but that is taking advantage of your consumer. There was nothing happening within the hotel. should have been informed before booking hotel was under renovations.

The hotel was very good. The view was breathtaking, but one thing I was bothered, the phone lines were busy all day. Front desk, room service all the lines, you name it.

Strategically located from all great spots at the Niagara Falls. Check-in was fast and easy. Front Desk was really helpful and I had a great time. Everywhere was clean and quiet. Would definitely visit again.
