Everything was great. The bathroom faucet was difficult to control. Elevator was full at checkout. Parking necessitated a shuttle.

Would of been 5 stars if it wouldn't of been for a malfunctioning fire alarm topped of by a intercom system which no one could understand causing so much confusion with absolutely no direction or reassurance from staff

I liked the convenience of this hotel. The parking garage was easy but it’s pricey for parking. The WiFi kept disconnecting but overall, the hotel was clean and friendly. We had a room with the casino view but we not only had the view of the casino and all the lights, we saw the American falls and the fireworks at night. Perfect!!

I’ve stayed here before many of times, this time my family came and we spent lots of money on the double room. The hot water didn’t work. The TV didn’t work on some channels which were old. Then the curtain didn’t come down so our girls couldn’t sleep in the dark which is why we pay some much as they are young. Pretty disappointed this time around. I would look elsewhere if you’re willing to spend this much money

Stay was great, but indoor parking was full so we had to park at an outdoor lot a couple blocks away. Shuttle service was available but it was a 3-5 minute walk with our bags.

Fire alarm went off at 2am and for the next hour, every ten minutes an announcement blared, “all clear, resume normal activities “ For one solid hour. Absurd. I killed 3 roaches in my room. Had to park up the hill and take a shuttle since the hotel doesn’t have enough on site parking…and that was 35 dollars a day, 50 on the weekend …so you get to pay for being inconvenienced. When I asked the desk about these issues I basically got a shrug. Overpriced and subpar. Stay at Niagara on the Lake and drive into the falls. Much better plan.

Overall the hotel stay was wonderful however on checkout we was charged for water. There was no note or was told there is charge for bottled water in our room. The hotel is at nice location, not many places to dine at as everything is steak or burgers. Had a lovely 4 days which is more than enough days to see everything and go to excursions.

The Bad: Cleanliness was an issue in two rooms at this property. We stayed in the old un-renovated rooms in the south tower. In the first room they gave us, the bathroom was dirty, sheets on the bed were stained. After complaining they changed our room and the second room given smelled of smoke and seemed cleaner at first... however we kept seeing small insects on our bathroom towels throughout the night. In both rooms, all furniture and surfaces were really worn and needed a good clean. We were supposed to stay two nights but needless to say we checked out early. The Good: After complaining the staff did change our room but the second room wasnt any better. They did credit us part of our stay. The Brasa Brazilian restaurant was great and the hotel location was walkable and close to thw OLG stage. I would never stay here again though. We were shocked that a Hilton could be so run down and lacking in cleanliness. The lobby was newly renovated so maybe in a few years once the entire property has been refreshed the experience would be different.
