We had really warm welcome from hotel. Aedric receptionist acknowlegded our gold status of Hotels.com. and upgraded us to the better room as stated in the hotel information. Samsung Tv was there to relax after long trip and coffee tea in the morning sunrise watching time at the balcony.

The hotel was built in 1800. It is furnished with antiques. The staff was warm and friendly. The cocktails and food were delicous. Well maintained property. The beach is across the street. Very safe area. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. The rooms could use an update but it was still a great place and I would stay there again.

Great stay in Nice!
Great hotel with excellent service. Only problem was bathtub was almost 3 feet high and had no shower curtain. Had to climb in and floor got wet when showering.

Amenity in the mini bar in room we were scare to touch because there was a price list near it. Little expensive if we had to pay later. VIP room upgrade was never offer. I asked the first day after check-in because first had no pictures or appeal or no view! Then we got move up to 5th floor modern room with one picture but nice. Staff was great!

Lovely hotel in a great location. 10 minute walk to Nice old town. Our room on 5th floor had an incredible view over the promenade des anglais. The room was modern and very clean. Some parts of the hotel are very old and characterful. Don’t expect perfection.
