The supervisor/manager was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, and the surrounding area felt safe, with everything conveniently within walking distance. The only areas for improvement I would mention are that some of the staff could be a bit more welcoming and provide clearer information about the amenities and what is included in the stay. Additionally, it would be helpful if the Expedia listing were more transparent about the $150 deposit requirement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A potentially nice place needing many repairs
The lobby was beautiful and all of the staff we met were wonderful. The rooms were a bit tired, and the TV was malfunctioning, offering only a couple of channels. The WiFi did not work at all in the room. And the bathtub faucet was partially stuck and allowed only very hot water, too hot for using. The pool area was quite attractive, but the pool itself was full of dead insects and debris from nearby trees and other plants.

You get what you pay for and worse
it was terrible. 1st time there. The carpet was super dirty. Check your windows when you get there because they will be unlocked. TV i super old. channels were blurry and with lines. No cable as it advertises. Directions step by step are given in the even the cable is not working. It says to go to set up on the remote but there is not set up button on the remote or tv menu option so I tried everything and nada! No internet access. I callled the front office, they gave me a password that did not work, seemed to have bo solution. The swimming pool was nearby but fool of families and kids that never left. They were barbecuing So I couldnā€™t read and relax. My room was close to the swimming pool so it was hart to fall asleep due to people drinking beers right outside their room and pool. Iā€™m the morning I was ready to enjoy my free breakfast, and it turns out that they just have a tiny room for you to brew coffee, some slices of bread and some cereal options and thatā€™s breakfast. No milk, no premade coffee. You help yourself. My key didnā€™t open my room 3 times because somehow it would get deactivated so, It was 2 and says for me. Oh, and the second day it rain so hard that thunder kept setting of the car alarms. Got no sleep again. So if you are going to Nogales for business NEVER stay here. Actually, I wouldnā€™t eve stay there again. You really get what you pay for. If you are on a budget go to hotel Americana. They have everything this one didnā€™t for the same price

Great Stay!
When I arrived I was given two card keys in case one didnā€™t work. Sure enough, first card didnā€™t work! Good thinking from the late night staff! Great directions to my room, excellent dining spot on location, and the room was cool and crisp the entire time. Thank you!

I liked the restaurant attached to your hotel, very convenient. The amenity was pretty good too, but the breakfast was pretty disappointing even though it was complimentary... it was for your stuff breakfast, the dirty dishes were in the kitchen sink at the same area.

On the way south across the border
Facility is a little tired and worn, but staff are friendly and rooms up to date and clean. Breakfast is a pass, as in "pass it up and don't bother." There are lots of options close by for the morning, including a very nice Safeway with a Starbucks and the usual fast food. You get what you pay for, which in this case is a good and clean room; breakfast is not what youā€™ve paid for, and for me that's okay. Its also an easy and straight shot from the hotel to the new Mariposa international border crossing.

Its quiet.
Third time staying here for business. Rooms clean. Quiet. You can park right by your room if your on the hill. Beds comfortable. Complaints.. wifi would not work for us. Tv has very limitef channels. And the toilet is WAY too short. Im 5'2 and toilet was 2 inches below my knees.

Location off main drag is excellent and hotel is quiet. Hotel looks a bit shabby from outside but rooms are well maintained and beds very comfortable. No fuss with our service dog. Will stay there again.
