Totally filthy. I booked for my tenant and it was so dirty she would not stay there. Stains all over the couch. Roach poop all over fixtures. Dirty toilet and countertop. It was disgusting. To make it worst the owner reposed to refund my 3 day fee.

I was in room 123. The floor and the surfaces were dirty. The ironing board, the iron, the small refrigerator, the microwave and the clock were dirty and/or broken (even though they work). The toilet was loose from the floor. The tile finishing touches were really bad as with the bathroom door frame. I only needed a place to sleep for two nights, but I’m definitively NOT going back there.
