Disappointed. The rooms were dirty, the hotel staff were not helpful. I found a bed bug crawling on me and had to demand a new room. Even after bringing the bed bug down to them, they denied having bed bugs. The whole situation was handled poorly and definitely ruined our weekend. I will never go back.

Love this hotel and try to make it there at least twice a year. From the room with the hot tub in the room, the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, gane room, hammocks, and location to the outlets this place is an amazing get away!

Really liked this resort. Has great amenities and rooms… my only complaint was there were lots on underage kids (4-10) in both hot tubs and the parents just let them take over the hot tubs and hotel staff didn’t check the pool areas to tell parents kids under 14 are not suppose to be in the hot tubs.
