We have been staying at Beach Cove for years…so I knew what to expect of the resort. Resort is older but has nice pool areas! The condo itself was filthy. Dishes were dirty, kitchenette cabins had food in them, food spills on walls by dining table, carpets were filthy. I would definitely recommend the resort but not this specific condo. Although we left it cleaner than when we arrived. Did I let management know? Yes…but I also had the mindset you get what you pay for!

Don't forget your hazmat suit! This property was filthy, run down and doesn't have functioning air conditioning. I question how a property so filthy and inferior is even on Expedia.

Great little condo, fantastic view
We had a great time at this condo. While it could use some upgrades, including hot water in the kitchen sink, everything else more than made up for that. We had a fantastic ocean view, check in was very easy, and there was plenty of parking available. Condo was pretty and very clean, easy access to pool and beach. Condo was in a very nice area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a good location. The ad is a little misleading. It says remodeled. They did upgrade parts of the unit. The furniture is way past the need for replacement. There’s also black mold showing in some areas. We’ve stayed in this bldg before with no issues.

Nice for a weekend getaway
Upon first inspection, the place had a few areas that could use replacements or a deep clean such as the bathroom and entryway. Flooring in these areas do not look clean. The A/C unit is very noisy, however if you keep the bathroom door shut it minimizes the noise. Bedroom is just okay, you can tell the beds are old and the lighting is original to the building. The living room/kitchen area is nice. Only real complaint is the fridge is hard to open and close with the opening up against the wall and the drawers are a little hard to open. Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights and it was accommodating for the 3 of us. The view is nice, we enjoyed the balcony a good bit and the unit is within walking distance to a few restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
