Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys!
2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room.
3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled)
4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw a lot of bird droppings, an unbearable stench. so it was better not to open the bathroom window! (in summer at +30C)
on the END the best!!! morning at 8:45 a.m. the cleaners came into the room, asking me out of the room!
because ... they have to clean up! I had to go downstairs where a man asked me why I was in this room because I should be in another! at checkout, about 5 ladies in the restaurant, each one went for a different one and checked if everything was ok, I lost about 20 minutes there ...
i do not recommend this hote l!!!
