My daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door was broke. I told the staff and they immediately said "grab a quarter"- they have obviously dealt with this before. They told me to just use a quarter to turn the lock if it happens again. The outlet in the room was so loose that the plug wouldn't even stay in there. This didn't work well for my husbands breathing machine at night. Plus size was the pool was great and so was the hot tub.
