We loved our stay! Our room was very clean. It has also been recently renovated. The staff was welcoming and helpful.The laundry room at no-charge was a bonus! We wish we could have stayed longer! A Chinese restaurant with delicious food is nearby.

Amazing stay! Comfortable beds, clean, great shower pressure! The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use and free (only need to purchase or have your own soap). Staff were nice and professional. Highly recommend for a stay! Great price!

If you asked me this morning before check out I would have given a better review. However the clerk was just rude. I asked for a receipt (since the credit card charge pending was different than my guaranteed rate.). She said since we made reservations thru a third party she couldn’t. She had no way of knowing what rate I would be charged. Weird because they had me sign an acknowledgment of the rate when I checked in. I said she charged my credit card at check in. She claimed she didn’t charge anything. And if the pending charge wasn’t adjusted, she said call the manager and pass on my concern. Wow, I’ve stayed at 6 properties in the last week. All managed to get an email or printed receipt and no one acted like I was a third rate customer for reserving thru Expedia.

It was very clean and sheets were of excellent quality that made sleeping a pleasure. The front desk clerk even checked back by phone call to see if the room suited us. I’ve never had that happen at any hotel before. Nice work!
