Clean, comfortable, nice view.
Stayed with my husband overnight because of a training for art teachers in Ocean City. Was a little skeptical about the place because I saw mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness, decor, and comfort of our hotel room. Definitely well worth the price and we would stay there again.

I wish I could give negative stars for the staff, one of the maids that cleaned our room stole my wife’s $300 bio ionic 10x pro styling iron (hair straightener/curler) a police report was filed but I’m sure nothing will come of it. Be very curious about staying at this property or any other properties affiliated with this property for that matter. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya

To start off, the hotel pictures published to Expedia didn't match what the rooms looked like in person. The woman upon check in was rude and unhelpful with a billing issue and even though I called days in advance to add another name to the second room I reserved so they could get in, there was still an issue when our second party arrived. The rooms were dingy, old furniture and nothing updated in the last 20 years at least. The pull out sofa bed in our room didn't work... outdated is one thing but the cleanliness was a whole other issue. There was still sand in the bathroom and scuff marks on the walls. The floors were still sticky, the curtains were dirty, and the towels & linens had various stains on them. One bed even had blood stains on some of the linens. I would have given them zero stars but trying to be nice considering there was no where else available to stay during our trip, everything was booked up for the festival that weekend. We ended up checking out early due to all the issues we had but neither the hotel nor Expedia will give us a refund or any kind of assistance. Would never recommend.

The hotel was a good price, and it is in a nice location 1 block from the beach. The front desk staff was very nice and they were accommodating. My issue was cleanliness. Stains on towels, there was blue-ish/green slime crusted on the back of my headboard which was not fun to see, there was a dirty fork on the floor on the balcony, and there was an entire piece of pizza crust on the floor in our room. Wouldn't not recommend this place but I was kind of hoping basic cleanliness wouldn't be an issue.

We enjoyed our stay except our room was pretty dirty. There were stains on all the towels, stains and hair all over the bed sheets, the shower was dirty and the drain was clogged so the tub would fill up with water every time we showered, the hairdryer had a ton of hair stuck in it, all the soap bottles were empty. Overall it felt like all they did was make the bed up and replace what was missing. The area is nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

I was upset that this pet friendly hotel charged me over two hundred dollars when I arrived. They said I didn’t have a pet friendly room, which is what I thought I booked. The hotel was nowhere close to full and they couldn’t accommodate me and proceeded to charge me. I won’t be back.

Who invited Ophelia anyway?
We there for a weekend during tropical storm Ophelia. This was to be a relaxing weekend with my husband and two yorkies in tow. Our room was spacious, we had a small issue with driving rain that came under our door, I told the front desk, they sent someone right away, mopped and cleaned all up, gave us extra towels to place I. Front of the door. Hot coffee available every morning along with muffins and fresh fruit. Considering we were at the end of the season and during a tropical cyclone, everyone was cheery, professional, and attentive.

Be sure if you are not a motorcyclist that you find out when Bikefest is during the spring and fall. If you are seeking a quiet beach getaway DO NOT go then. The cacophony is unbelievable.
