Everything is perfect, besides breakfast, maybe add more healthy options. And add a rule not to fill a jacuzzi at night. Someone decided to do so at midnight and it was so noisy that I could sleep for a while after

Surprising lack of ADA accommodations

I was shocked at the actions of the front desk staff who didn't help me when my walker got tripped up by a rug at their front door, and we requested an ADA room but got a room that had no grab bars in the bathroom and a toilet very hard to get up from. This was all surprising, given their amazing ADA accommodations in the pool. All else about the hotel was fine.

Checked in at 4pm during shift change and it took 10-15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Attendant was very courteous and apologetic but still a bit frustrating. With a pet, staying on first floor with easy access outside has been very nice.

A so-so stay.

We were greeted by a friendly person when we checked in and the check-in was efficient. We were in room 125 and the bathroom, bedding, floors, sinks, and counters were clean. There were some maintenance issues: The couch was spotted and stained in many places; The shear curtains had long tears; and, the sliding doors to the closet were off their tracks and unusable. When checking out, the desk agent was doing double duty in the breakfast room and was unavailable for us to report the issues that we found. The value was appropriate for what we paid.

The room was DIRTY!! Brought up the room condition to front desk staff with photos of the room was told “OK yeah the house keepers should have cleaned it better, that room has been closed.” Like I was inconveniencing them. Yet I was the one charged $450 dollars for 2 nights in a dirty room. The walls were paper thin. There was something in the wall that clicked on with a buzzing noise randomly all night.

Large room, lots of space, close to the beach! Good breakfast options, nice area to walk/toilet dogs directly adjacent to the room. For me, the only downfall was that there was a large amount of pet hair under the bed., and our upstairs neighbors were a very loud till nearly 1 AM. When I called the front desk to ask them to request them to be quiet, she acted like it was a big deal and I was the one being rude. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again if I was traveling with my dog.

We had an amazing stay at Lighthouse Suites! The view of the ocean from our room was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. Breakfast was good too, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. All around, my family had a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay here again!
