Super convenient location, good size room, great service (front desk and room service staff). The only thing I wished was if they could change the breakfast menu on certain days of the week. I stayed several nights and was getting tired of the same menu.

Everything was perfect except breakfast! The breakfast menu selection did not rotate, was a bit gloomy, and extremely busy at all opening hours. The staff began removing items from the buffet exactly at the "last order" time, which made us feel pressured to fight for food. The soft serve ice cream was great, but out of service one of the days of our stay. Very inconsistent salt levels in the food seasoning from day to day.

JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom was a great choice! The staff was wonderful, kind & professional .. This location was walkable to the monorail station, restaurants & shopping. All the conveniences without a car. After staying a few nights I decided to join the loyalty program. I recommend thus hotel!

Wonderful location walking close to all the commercial activities & restaurants of downtown Naha — staff was exceedingly gracious and helpful. Room was wonderfully functional. I will seek to stay here again on my next visit to Okinawa. Really enjoyed this nicely balanced hotel.

This place was amazing and would definitely recommend!!! It was close to shopping and good food close by!! People were friendly and the room were spacious and clean. The tub was amazing!!!!! I don’t take baths but I took two here!! Absolutely worth the money!!!

The hotel is about average. Friendly staff and nice service, but amenities are under expectation. For examples, there is laundry machine offered but only available in one, not located in a laundry room but shares the space with vending machine/ ice making machine/ microwave. In addition, it states to have a nice library but its size is only about a room. So in conclusion, it seems to have everything but none is in a satisfying standard. The positive side of the hotel is, its room is spacious and comes with three twin beds, which is perfect for family with children. Its breakfast buffet is nice, though is considered a little expensive with what it offers. Location is super convenient, right next to the well known Kokusai Street where you may find tons of souvenir shops and restaurants to enjoy.
