Outside of the building seems updates. Some things inside updated some not. There was rust to the door jam of the bathroom, loose tiles, the floors were dirty and felt slick when we checked into our room. Breakfast was okay, coffee was awful Many scuff maker on the walls. Bathrooms in the lobby were out of order for the 2 days we were there. One window was broken and not boarded up for safety. Cold in the lobby and it was before 30 with the wind blowing

Night shift concierge was awful
We walked in to check in march 21st and the lady at the front desk was around the counter watching American dad on the tv. Then we got our papers to sign in, was told there was a 50$ deposit for any damages, smoking,etc. but the woman saw my vape and went on to say “ and I’m telling you this because I see that vape in your hands we don’t allow smoking” with the most awful attitude. To which I replied that’s ridiculous. But rules are rules. Then she proceeded to tell me I can leave and I don’t have to stay there and just had the worst attitude. Anyways went up to the room and later went back to the car and when coming back in she was eating an ice cream with what looked like a friend and an elderly woman checking in. She told us we were locked out of our room and called the police to have us escorted out. I also was told I will receive an entire refund, I did not steal, break, or harm anyone. Freedom of speech is all I did, also the officers were extremely nice and respectful of the fact I had epilepsy and was woken in the middle of the night which is a trigger for my seizures.

It was very nice but needs more helpers
The help at the desk was at another facility so others beside us were waiting for help. The bathrooms in the foyer was out of order. Which is awful because we just drove 9 hours with few stops.
