I found the hotel to be very clean and we received wonderful service. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and I loved the coffee bar. I didn't like the pillows they were to flat. but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Building was great and bed was comfortable. However, during check in I was rudely asked why I was renting a room when I live less than 50 miles away. I found this significantly distasteful and an extreme invasion of privacy. I booked the room through Hotels app and the app said nothing about this “policy” implemented by this hotel. I also remember signing something about no refunds, so I was denied my room and a refund. The lady at desk did eventually allow me to stay, although I’m unsure why after going through the trouble of rudely asking why I’d rent a room if I live less than 59 miles away. This is in poor taste and embarrassing as I was renting the room due to my place flooding. I felt like it was inferred that there was a domestic issue occurring. Which again is none of this hotels business. Very displeased and will no longer use this hotel, possibly considering not using this app as it did not inform me of this “policy” prior to taking my non refundable money for the room.

I had a long drive and opted to stay outside of OKC. Best Western was a very good choice; great logistics for shopping/dining/gas and I-40 access. Room was well appointed and for the $$, it was a bargain.

I was surprised at the large and clean room, the big pool, but more than anything the equipment in the exercise room. It had more equipment than I have ever seen in a hotel exercise room. There were even those big exercise balls, big enough to sit on, plus free weights and a weight machine, in addition to two treadmills and a bicycle.

This is a great property where we stay every time we come to Oklahoma to visit! They are friendly and the rooms are clean with plenty of food in the morning. The pool and hot tub are open regardless of the time of year which is a bonus. We will be back! KC
