You know, I don't know if i'm being petty when I do this, but the t v didn't work and I know they were full so I didn't ask for another room and then on top of that my toilet kept on running all night, but you know I knew that they.Wouldn't have someone to come fix it

Even though renovated still had issues with Bathroom, next room didn’t lock had to move a third time, doors had a lot of draft around them and could hear everything in the hallway. Breakfast was always low and not filled up and the potatoes were spiccey

The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't hot; the jets were blowing water up into the air instead of down into the hot tub. The breakfast was out of juice the days we stayed there, food was limited and was bland. Really disappointed in the choice and the lack of response to these issues. Our room door locked us out several times and the front desk said they were having issue with this but it hasn't been fixed yet. The tub filled up with water while bathing.

The lobby and hotel room had such a clean, refreshing, fragrant smell. The room was spacious and had very functional furnishings. The check-in was quick & efficient. Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was nice. I was in a handicap room for some reason where the bathroom flooded when you took a shower because there was nothing to keep the water inside. Not were there sufficient mats and towels to dry it up The window shades could not be raised or lowered. Although it is a convenient location when visiting my family, I don’t think I will be back.
