The check in process was so slow, I had to wait in line for ~ 35 mins and then when I was served and was checking in, even though I had pre-booked, it took the staff 10 minutes to essentially go through the whole booking process again as I had to fill out forms etc. Not a great experience.

There was a metal bolt on the bathroom floor in front of toilet that needs a rubber over it and is a trip hazard. Basic but considering the price and location fine for what we paid. Clean and staff assisted me with extra pillows and milk, I requested.

Good location close to Marvel stadium. Very expensive for what it was. Parking was a walk from hotel, not onsite access. Limited breakfast selections, very Aussie.

Major check in issue, spent over an hour in line, couldnt find our reservation on the list to then get to our room and our key wouldnt work. Got a new key later that evening that worked. The bed also wasnt all that comfortable which was disappointing Pretty disappointed all round this time

Travelodge is ideally placed next to Southern Cross Station. The lifts down to the Travelodge need more signposting, however. I wandered around for quite a while (and couldn't use the stairs as had too much luggage).

We arrived and was meet with lack of staff for check in. We also were not advised we had been allocated a room for disability needs, bathroom huge and bedroom space small. Absolute box of a room. Also requested 2 extra pillows and returned to our room 11.30pm to not have them and when we called, finally after waiting we went to sleep to have a doorbell around 12.30am with pillows. Will not be returning.

I stayed in room 1027 which is right next to the linen room where the cleaners are constantly coming and going countless times each morning and each time let the door slam it was incredibly frustrating. I brought it up with the cleaners and they apologised and put a towel in the door to stop it slamming but is there no common sense anymore? Why would I need to ask you to not slam the door it’s obvious people would be trying to sleep in a hotel. Incredibly disrespectful to all the guests to be so noisy as housekeeping. I understand they have a job to do but we are paying money for this experience.
