Cannot recommend, needs lots of TLC
We've stayed in beach condos probably 25 times and this is the first one that I absolutely cannot recommend. Internet is unreliable. Constantly in and out. A huge negative if you plan to work. Unit needs some major TLC. Dining room table is an eight seater with only 5 chairs. One of the chairs was found in the master closet.. broken. 3 barstools, one of which was broken. We all got back aches from the worn out couch; not to even mention how nasty and stained up the couch is. Kitchen... dishes in cabinets were dirty, cookware leaves a lot to be desired. The skillet was nasty/ unuseable. (we eat all meals in so the kitchen and table seating issues really had a negative affect on our vacation. Refrigerator, missing all but 1 shelf in door, really limiting food storage space. I messaged the company on the day of arrival to ask if they had any folding chairs they could bring... NO! VRBO listing noted that each bathroom would have a travel sized lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and mouth wash. There were NONE in any of the bathrooms. Ceiling in master bathroom is peeling. I also reported lamp in queen bedroom not working... ceiling light out in bar area and toilet in queen bath runs constantly. Those are things that can happen.. but received 0 response from reporting. I stayed in this building 2 years ago, different unit. That unit was well cared for. Beautiful beach and views. Building is great ( expensive parking) but cannot recommend this unit.

Worst Rental Ever
The worst unit I have ever rented. Paint peeling from ceiling, floors, walls DIRTY. Dishes and cooking utensils were dirty. We had to hand wash the old worn out utensils that were there before we could use them.Sofa was dirty,stained and worn out!!!! Master bath sink and kitchen sink faucets dripped.Stale pizza in bar cabinet. I have pictures of all! I would never recommend or rent this property again!!!!! Worst in my 30 years of renting in this area. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I was 4hours late checking in I rented two condos and they sent me the key access to the same condo so that was a very bad mistake I was running around trying to get in touch with your office which is not possible,and I did it was 4 hours later first of all we come every year but next year I will not use your property

Worst experience
We where moved from our original room on the beach side to a parking lot veiw due to AC being broke. Then once we arrived the room had not even been cleaned. When we where finally able to get in the room at 9 pm No towels in the master bedroom and there was still trash on the couches and sand everywhere.

Nice place
Very sparse kitchen items, no glasses for adults to drink from. On the first day, I emailed the owner of numerous items that were broken when we arrived, I received an automated response back and to this day have not heard back. It is a very nice unit in a nice area.

Everything was very nice including the staff. Only probably I had was with my refrigerator. I went grocery shopping the first day so we would not have to eat out any, but the refrigerator didn’t keep my food cold like it should. Had to put some stuff in the freezer and it froze. Other than that I will stay here again
