Raphael or Rafael at front desk who helped us with checking in was very professional and had great customer service. He made us felt welcome and that at the beginning made us appreciate felt impress with the hotel. Later on that night we went downstairs and my husband walked up to the front desk to ask a question about where the gym is and Raphael/Rafael actually remembered my husband’s name and addressed my husband as Mr. Pen. That’s very great customer service that he made us felt like we were someone important or something. Also, we love the how housekeeping actually knows when they should be coming in to our room to tidy up for us with out bothering us randomly in the early mornings. We love the way the elevators work as well. The restaurant, pond or water with the fishes and pool area was very nice / beautiful. The fitness center on 3rd floor is nice as well with nice view. I like the size of it with 5 treadmills and water dispenser with plastic cups. However, we don’t like that there’s no ice machine on each floor. However, we

Great location
A fresh cookie as a welcome gift? How nice. I'd prefer the parking fee be mentioned when booking so it's not a surprise (or maybe I missed where it was listed?) Fridge in the room but no microwave - OK. And the AC worked great, but I couldn't change the temp, so thankfully it was (likely) at 72 and very comfortable. The elevator was a little confusing (mainly because one of the lobby screens did not work), and my keycard did not work at the parking gate (but did work for my room), but thankfully my partner arrived after me and received key cards that did work at the gate. So weird.

I booked the presidential suite with a king bed. Based on the pictures, there was a full kitchen, a living room with a coffee table, a huge dining table a bathroom with a bath and shower, & obviously the room with the king bed. But when I checked in (thinking the room I booked was the same exact pictures), walked in to the “Presidential suite” … the room definitely did not look like the pictures from when I did book this room. I called the front desk stating that this room doesn’t look like the pictures of the room I booked and they said they have different kinds of Presidential suites and that “Expedia did not update their pictures on their website.” So I let it go and moved on. Then I thought to check the actual hotel website and the pictures they provided were the same exact pictures Expedia provided. Kinda dumbfounded but whatever. It was for my daughters birthday and we were exhausted. Did not feel like complaining and let go of the situation. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the room we stayed in was still a nice suite. Just a few minor things in the room that were a little dirty but we managed.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during my Disney trip, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. While the check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff was pleasant (the only reason for two stars), things went downhill fast. When we got to the room, there was a strong cigarette odor, which I thought might be from a smoking room. By the second night, the smell became unbearable, and as someone with asthma, it made it difficult to breathe. I found out later that this is a non-smoking hotel, so I called the front desk, and they offered to move us to a different room. What really shocked me was the attitude of the staff member who came to help us move. He had the audacity to ask why we were switching rooms and if *we* were the ones smoking cigarettes. Not only was this offensive, but it was completely inappropriate. We weren’t offered any discounts or compensation for the inconvenience aside from switching rooms. On top of that, the new room wasn’t much better. The bed sheets had permanent stains—seriously, just throw them away if they’re that bad. And to top it off, they charge almost $5 for access to a purified water bottle—not even spring water! That price is absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this hotel was super underwhelming, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

We were checked in into a dirty hotel , that should have been the sign to leave , then we were transferred to another room… not well cleaned it was barely scratching the surface ….. the ac was working properly and it was making a bunch of noises. Didn’t sleep the first night …. 2nd day another issue ., the room wasn’t cleaned even though we left at 8 am and the sign was removed so the cleaning services can come in…. It didn’t happen…. Lastly I called to get fresh towels and they said someone was coming up now to drop them ., I had to call them 3 times because it was 1.5 hours and I needed to shower … I had to keep calling until someone finally came … horrible I would never stay there again even if they paid me. The tub was not clean right alit of hair was coming out from the drain … it was just nasty…

Room was extremely dirty. There was hair in the shower, toilet and sink. When we addressed the issue you front desk l, housekeeping came in and removed the hair from the sink. We requested to speak to manager, he never got back with us. I'll more than likely be the last time I stay at that hotel. Pretty disappointing experience.

At arriving to the room i rated an excellent…but that all changed later on in the night. We were on the 3rd flloor, in a mini suite i believe. Noisy! People kept dropping weights inside the gym that was located on the same floor. Well past 11pm! Couldn’t rest. Woke up at 5am…didn’t notice it again until 6:30am and continues to proceed. It is now 8:30am and i keep getting woken up by thr drop of the weights l!
