The parking was free that was a plus. They offered a few drinks at happy hour. The room was quiet and clean however the neighborhood is rowdy and dangerous for families. We were there Halloween night and were awoken by super loud street racing which lasted an hour until the police and ambulance showed up. This hotel is in need of serious renovations and updating of the bed, mattress and furniture. The bathroom had a nice separate tub and shower but needs to be updated. Definitely do not recommend this hotel! I have had a better nights sleep at motels across from Disneyland .

The property needs serious updating but free parking was a plus. However, close parking is very limited as the parking lot fills up fast at night. The setup of the room was nice and clean. The bed, mattress and overall furniture needs updating. The bathroom also needs renovation. Only nice thing was the separate shower and tub option. The room location was quiet however we were awoken at 1am in the morning by street racing which was super loud and visible from our room. At one point the police and paramedics showed up. This was Halloween night and it was crazy! I have had a better nights sleep at motels across from Disneyland. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I’m convinced that hotels stick you in the oldest minimalist rooms they have farthest from the elevator if you book through hotels.com. We were given the farthest room with the smallest shower (3x3) for our family of 5. The room was old with stained carpets. The room was definitely not up to the Embassy Suites standard we are used to, especially for Orange County. Stayed in better rooms at the Holiday inn express for cheaper. Disappointed for spending so much on the room AND being charged for parking

Did not like the salesman hounding me every time I walked through the front door. Trying to sign me up for Hilton honors or something like that. Told him I was not interested but very persistent. Did not like this!

Refrigerator in roomwas not clean. It had items from previous guest. All hotal Staff, including valet parking staff were very kind and friendly. Would decently stay again.

Our stay was nice and room was very clean . Only issues were parking there isn’t enough . Second was the hot tub was not heated .
