Our room was covered in dust. Dirt smudges on the walls. The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet looked as if it hadnt been vacuumed in a very long time. There was garbage sitting outside the front door. The refrigerator was making a noise and wjen we opened the cabinet to look at it it was sticky and covered in dust. The entire building is in need of a deep clean.

Coffee was very weak. There was no butter at breakfast. The areas were clean, but the carpeting is old and very outdated. The place needs a face lift.

Checked in around 12:45 am. We were being helped (I had two kids with me) and some other guy walks up and the guy checking us in stopped and went and helped him instead. Took 20 minutes to check in. Whole hotel smelled like weed. Our room had a broken outer door that was hard to close, a cracked sink and the smoke detector was hanging by a wire on the ceiling. The towels were covered in black hairs. Would not recommend staying here.

The cost was great and it is pet friendly. Staff very friendly and courteous. The facilities need updating. Lots of stains on the carpet and scratched furniture. Breakfast was awful! No butter for waffles, toast, bagels. No bowls for cereal. English muffin was stale and dry. Waffle was gross. Potatoes were old. Threw it all away except sausage. Think it was all from precious morning.

I was impressed with their lovely staff and great breakfast’ I must mention though that the old carpeting I. The room we had still carried the remnants of smoking and maybe some mold. It would. E perfect if the carpet was replaced.
