I love the multiple waterparks throughout the hotel and also karaoke night. The only thing I wish they had more storage space for our clothes (dresser or closet) and a microwave in the room.

The staff are all very helpful & friendly. Our suite was large, a bit run down, but overall nice & spacious. The reason for my 3☆ rating was our bathroom shower curtain had mold across the entire bottom and we could not give my son a bath due to the mold. Also, we had NO hot water. It was lukewarm at best, but not warm enough to rid us of goosebumps. Brrr. The waterpark & Arcade was fun, my son liked all the activities.

The resort has great amenities for families and kids. Our room was in the tower and smelled like mold. It looked like rooms around the outdoor pool were newer. They definitely need to upgrade the tower rooms.

Very fun for the kids and affordable. The rooms itself are not luxurious or anything like that. They are very typical and equipped with the basics to get your rest but the pool area and water park are enjoyable for the kids and family. Very close to the parks.

The water park was amazing. The area was clean and they had plenty of towels pool towels available. Front desk was very professional. I called house keeping because my grandson got sick and they came within 10 minutes of my call. Then I had to call maintenance because the heater stopped working, they came within 5 minutes. The staff in the bar was a little rude and the arcade was overpriced. The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants and everything was in walking distance. I was very pleased.

The property was pretty kids friendly and the staff was amazing. The rooms need to be updated, beds were sinking, toilet was not working properly, rooms are very moisty, they need more ventilation. Fridge only freezes your food. Parking was expensive, if you already paying for your stay why charge us parking

The check in process on a Friday was a little wait only one person working but once the process was started it was quick. Got to the room and it smelled like it hadn’t been recently tended too. The carpet was worn and missing in a few spots. The bathroom was ok the shower curtain rod was rusty. The water park area was great lifeguards and all staff encountered were very helpful and nice. I thought parking was included but I guess I misunderstood. Breakfast buffet was offered but opted not to do it. Store on site was highly convenient with prices and accessible. Would stay again

Never ever! I want a refund!
The room was old dated and had rust all over the place. The faucet was leaking and so was the shower. I had already paid in advance more than I did for a few at embasssy where I stayed for four days prior for work & when I got to the hotel. She charged me an early check fee and for parking. It was definitely not worth what I paid. The room was gross and I could have paid for a four or five star hotel instead. I thought this hotel would have been nice for my son but it was absolutely the worst. Even my son had issues sleeping in the room. Never ever get a hotel here. You don’t get what you pay for at all. Just take your kids to a water park instead.
