Dembo family I am impressed about the positive can do attitude of Jeff the front customer service agent. He was able to resolve my transportation challenge when all hope was almost lost. He relentlessly tried until all was ok. As a staff Hilton for 21 yrs ( head of training), i recognise great hand when i ser one - Jeff is such. Generally you have staff are great. I will repeat my visit to the inn when next i am in orlando

Staff was friendly and helpful but they didn't make the bed, only threw out the garbage. They did provide fresh towels daily, the air conditioner was old and noisy but overall my stay was good and the bed was really comfy.

The property and room was very clean and tidy. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was a bonus. Great location. However property requires complete upgrade inside and outside. You are loosing money on low energy plumbing system and ac and electrical. Room was spacious and bed oversized I love that as well

This place does not look like the photos! They def have a filter on the pictures. Our room reeked moisture and some sort of leak! We killed 4-5 roaches during the stay! One morning we woke up and water was all over the floor and we’re guessing it came from the refrigerator! There were buckets on our floor near the elevator from what looked like a roof leak. The whole floor smelled like mildew. One of the beds were broken and had a lean to it so it was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Pool and outdoor area by the pool was terrible. The hot tub had caution tape around it and the pool was dirty. The curtains in room had what looked to be mold behind them. The bathroom water had a steady drip the whole time we were there. The only reason we didn’t check out when we arrived is because we booked in advance and we knew any other booking for another hotel would be extremely high due to last minute and also we had just finished traveling hours away from another state with 3 kids and we were all tired. I gave this rating a 2 star instead of a 1 because the staff were all very friendly. The place definitely needs a shutdown for a while and remodel for the safety of employees and customers.

Tv was out, so we had no entertainment via tv for the night. Hurricane recovery was in process, so there was understanding on our behalf towards the staff there.

When i booked the room it said it was pet friendly. I called on tuesday night (8th of october) and was told i could not bring my pets even though we were evacuating due to a hurricane. When i got to the hotel i noticed many people with both dogs and cats that clearly were not service animals. I think this is very unprofessional of the hotel to tell me over the phone "if we let you bring your dog in, we would have to let everyone. Also we cant have a hotel full of animals". I dont know who it was representing the hotel that night but all i know is that it was a man over the phone. He was very unprofessional. He also told me that if i showed up with my pet that i would not be able to check in. Since he lied to me over the phone, i will not be staying at that hotel ever again nor recommending it to anyone. I am also going to the news media and tell them about the staff that represents their hotel and how they lie to customers.

Very nice property near Disney. At first the key cards didn’t work so had to return to front desk to get new ones. Then the room we initially were assigned hadn’t been cleaned, but they quickly got us into a new very nice room
