We stayed here twice in 1 week and had 2 very different experiences.--1st visit was great, airport shuttle was convenient--Geoffrey the driver was very helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. We chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle but when we arrived for our 2nd visit we were told earliest airport shuttle was full and we ended up having to pay for an uber. When we went to our rooms, there were full garbage bags in the hall across from us as well as in the stair well. There were dogs in the room across the hall barking until almost 11 pm(had we known dogs were at the hotel we would have gone elsewhere). We had 2 rooms that were adjoining and both rooms smelled awful. One of the rooms never had hot water, so our whole group ended up just using the shower in the room with hot water. It was a short stay so we did not report any of our concerns, but I would be hesitant to stay here again.

No shuttle to accommodate us to the airport had to order a ride from Lift which we had never done before. Next shower a one man skinny stand up shower you could barely turn around let alone wash yourself without hitting the sides of the shower. Towels not even full bath size one. Worse place ever

Was nice that the hotel had a large hot tub and a decent pool. We were only there until 3am as we had to catch a flight. It would have been nice to know the shuttles didn't start until 5am... as I chose this hotel for the shuttle service and didn't get to use it. Staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean however the bathroom was fairly gross... if we were staying long, I would've had a bigger issue

This place is good for a 1 night stay whule passing through. It is close to the aiport. They charge $5 a day to park while staying which is strange. The other hotels around often dont. At checkin around 10:00 pm the night before we were told we could pay to leave our car there for the week we would be gone. The next morning we were told no the lot is full whoch was very inconvenient as we had to quickly come up with alternative parking plans. We ended up pay $200 for the week at the airport. My advice tey and book your spot in advance. I suppose thats on me and i was just annoyed at the lack of communication. Lesson learned. The continental breakfast was pretty bad. Apples, cereal, eggs, a potato cake, toast and, Bagels were the only options. No butter offered. When asked i was told no. The juice machine was out of order. Coffee or water are the options there. I loved the coffee and im picky when it comes to coffee! All that being said its okay for a quick passing through. Im not complaining, im just giving the info I would want to know when reading reviews. It's safe and clean and that's what mattered most!

I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I walked in. The staff didn’t make use feel welcome the young lady at the front desk gave us really bad attitude while checking us in. When I asked for my room to get service they got bothered with me and gave me Bad attitude. One of the nights I asked for extra blankets they said they didn’t have any. We didn’t have a good stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to stay here.

Booked a hotel with shuttle but shuttle services only available until 9pm. Limited shuttle transportation not disclosed at time of booking. Booked two queens for two adults and two kids but were given a king with a double sofa bed. We were given blankets to make the sofa bed (never had to do my own bed in any hotel). Pillows available only for two. The clerk was hoping to give us the pillow cases and fill them with blankets. The wife had to argue with the clerk until she went to a room in repair and gave those to us. Not the greatest experience.

Stayed for 1 night, chose this location as it was close to airport and I was flying out early morning. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was alittle dated, but clean. Breakfast had many options. Would definitely stay again.

The night I checked into my room after we returned from getting dinner, I went to use the bathroom. The bathroom reaked like a sewer and old dirty sitting water towels. I went down to the front desk to request switching rooms due to the horrible smell. The woman working that night before the overnight shift came in, she had told me that there was no room available with the double beds which is what kind of room I already have. I said even the single bed rooms was fine she said all they had available where the king bed suites and that I would have to pay more of I wanted to switch. I didn't get accommodated at all the first night because they assumed I was there only one night. Then they recommended that we call the manager the next day. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager and he was very nice and accommodated the kong suite for us. We where out to Disney World all day long and when we returned at the end of the day late at night and got the keys to the new room we went inside to check it out and it was dirty on the table next to the microwave and refrigerator there was hair from someone shaving their head of hair and the bottom part of the table it was sticky and had rings from cups. Overall the dirtiness and lack of housekeeping in a very nice and beautiful hotel took the comfortability away I couldn't even take a shower the whole time I was there because I was grossed out by the smell. The service of the front desk was below average

We were never told that there was no hotel van transportation on a Saturday after 9pm!!! The heating & air unit was disconnected in our room so we had no heat or air with the outside temp of 47°. Very uncomfortable stay!!!
