"The stay began well, but two issues arose during my time: the first with the shower drain and the second with the AC. Maintenance was sent to address the drain, and while there, they also looked into the AC. Unfortunately, the drain problem wasn't resolved, and I was promised a follow-up call that never came."

First room smelled like mold. Switched rooms but 2nd room had ant infestation. Tube had black scrape marks in it. Air conditioner felt like dirty wet air that made us sick. For the money the rooms they give to Expedia are the old rooms overlooking parking lot. Missed first night due to international outages and our flights were cancelled. Never checked in yet they said we still have to charge you for the room. 👎

Cosmetically it looks nice, but our room, the shower area is dated. 5ft shower head, chipping paint on the ceiling. Balcony area needs to have more sound proofing. (thicker glass or something) Otherwise it was nice and enjoyable to stay at

Pros- Pool was nice and the private Cabanas were a pleasant, unexpected surprise. Cookies- Since free, won’t mark down but these cookies are definitely not as good as they use to be. Lobby- Updated and smells nice. I know that sounds weird but hotel had a really nice fragrance. Cons- Rooms are dated and bathroom is small. The floor got soaked every time we took a shower.
