The floor tiles in the entry way outside the bathroom in 805 are not cemented to the floor properly and rock up and down and “pop” when you walk on them. This needs addressing. Hotel is very nice however the floor tiles make the room seem “unloved”.

We had a great stay overall. There was a small issue with the house keeping. They had to be reminded to clean our room a couple of times while we were gone for hours. We had to have them while we were there to clean and make our bed. The door was very loud and heavy. It closed on me a few times hurting me. The toilet was also very loud and would also appear it may over flow then it would go down. It was also very warm in the hotel. The hallways were extremely warm and the elevators had very poor circulation and were hot! The valet were extremely friendly and hospitable. I also found the lady at the dining area a little rude. She acted as if it was free to stay there and she wasn’t very accommodating. We had a salmon special which was $36 each my boyfriend and I both had it and the salmon was very salty and she had a nasty attitude and said she didn’t have anymore and wouldn’t replace it!! I think there is definitely room for improvement. I spent over a thousand dollars there and I wasn’t completely satisfied. Hopefully this can help them improve. Dionne Moscato

The downside to the hotel was the bathroom. The 1980s tub in a beautiful facility blew my mind. The front desk personnel were very nice and also patient. Upside is having transportation to the airport. Upgrade the bathrooms and rid the musty smell in the room and 5 stars

There was a roach crawling on our headboard and our shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor causing the entire floor to be soaking wet. Don’t stay here this hotel is old and dirty.
