I have stayed at this property a few times and always loved it. But this time they put me in the second building. The room in this building is not up to par as the main one and wasn't as clean. The shower had dirt spots. the toilet was running when i got in. air was on 64 and it was 50 degrees outside. No ice machine in this building. There was tissue in the peep hole and the plastic cups didn't have plastic on them but since no ice didn't need them. They put me next to the housekeeping room so all morning it was loud. The building was like a ghosts town and they have all the clean towels and sheets in a big bin at the entrance that isn't just very welcoming. The only reason i would stay here again is if i am in the main building.

Great location for animal kingdom
This was a great spot for our visit to animal Kingdom. We checked in on time. The front staff was very friendly. Even assisted us with setting up the crib in our room.We would definitely return here next time.We go to animal kingdom.

Stayed during hurricane Milton. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Didn't lose power and breakfast was served on time with plenty of food. Could not of asked for anything more. Will be back to stay again even without a hurricane on top of us.

We had our Disney trip planned and the 2 biggest priorities for me was price and location. This hotel was a great deal, the room was clean and spacious. The property was very well maintained and clean. The best part was the amenities that were available at this property especially for families. The pools, arcade, playground, and overall atmosphere was great. Our families favorite part was the free mini golf located on the property, we played all 18 and the course was easy enough for small children and still fun for the adults. I would definitely stay here again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were very pleased with our stay and the value of this trip. We had a 5 night stay for a fall family vacation. Having the access to the resort facilities was excellent. All the pools we used were warm and clean with plenty of access to lounge chairs. Some pools were even open until midnight, excellent after a day of attractions. Breakfast was good with a change in hot options each morning. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando.

My family had to evacuate from Tampa. From the first moment we arrived until the day we left it was professional, friendly, customer service from the Hispanic gentleman with blonde hair in the front (forgive me for totally forgetting your name) was top notch spot on. Everyone we encountered was friendly and gave a great lasting impression of the hotel. Super clean. Family friendly and quiet. Being there was an amazing experience it was one less thing that we had to worry about. I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone. I booked on Expedia the cost was definitely worth the stay I was there for two nights and three days. Budget friendly. Everything is close by supermarket,dining, recreation. Breakfast included was pancakes, sausage, eggs, omelette, cereal, yogurt, bagels, coffee, different kind of juices, muffins you name it it was there. My family and I wish to send our say thank you to everyone in the staff that has made it excellent. I would give the hotel and its staff my stars if I could.

I am handicapped. 1.You had only 1 handicap parking spot. 2.The elevator has a problem between floor 2 and 3. It feels and sounds like it has a broken bearing. It feels like it will fall with the sudden jolt. 3.The grab bar for the full tub is loose in 1311, 4,no left arm grab bar for the stool. You must pushup on sink edge. 5.Full step into tub which is way to high for a handicapped person with leg problems. 6.There is no handicap space, meaning anyone in a wheelchair or walker, like me, can not get thru the dining area to the food area and back.7.The coffee bar is wedged between the wall leading to the food and a row of 4 top tables, all with arm chairs. 8. There are 2 garbage and recycling bins in the entryway to the food area with 4 top tables and arm chairs all blocking the aisles. 9. I sat at the same 2 top table today. Yesterday I noticed someone had spilled syrup on the right corner of the table. I did not have water to clean it up so I left it, assuming they would wash the table tops from breakfast to breakfast. Today I happened to place my napkins in the same area, without looking, and when I went to pick it up, it was stuck on the same strip of syrup.10. The right side of the bed is broken down so you could not even sit on the edge to put your shoes on. Just too many years of people doing that same thing I guess. I mentioned to two different people about the problems in the dining area and I gave them very simple steps to correct the problems and the wrote it down
