Firstly, as you walked into the main doors, there was a potted plants leaking dirty water all over the floor! There was a caution sign placed, but it was not cleaned up and the puddle stayed there over 24hrs. Then we check in, go inside the room, and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants! Bed sheets tattered and garbage all over! We get a new room, it has a really funky smell!! At night, once settled, there were little black moths all over the ceiling!! Definitely would not go back or recommend.

It listed that there is a shuttle to the Universal Studios, but the shuttle times are inconvenient and not announced to where you could utilize them. Bugs in the hallway breakfast was mediocre. Smell like mildew.

Would stay here again, good value for the money. They did not make up the room mid stay. We stayed 2 nights. They did provide new towels. Had a heated pool but we did not use it. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast sucked. Cereal, bread & bagels. There wasnt enough seats for everyone for breakfast. We ended up eating leftovers from dinner our second morning for breakfast instead. Good thing the fridge & microwave worked. Had 3rd floor king room overlooked where we parked.

Front desk service is a disaster There is a person who barely speaks neither English or Spanish, and it’s very hard to communicate with him, which makes the processes of check in & out very uncomfortable, also there were weird charges in my CC that I had to place a claim for them, the hotel is very clean and honestly the room was quite good for the price, but managers/owner needs to be more conscious when it comes to hiring

The room was not as clean as i expect from Wyndham there where a few issues the bathroom door would not shut and the deadbolt was broken on the door, I am confident that it will be taken care of the front desk was very helpful

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!! There handprints on the headboards, hair inside the pillow cases, and stains on the sheets. THESE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN! Upon refusing to stay there the staff made racially inappropriate comments and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen.
