It was just one night, but there was no problems. There were complementary water and the person in front desk was very kind. Room was fine, although I would've liked the shower to be a little hotter. The bed was comfortable. Overall a positive experience.

The phone battery socket is terrible. It has to be at the wall next to head of the bed. I didn’t bring the long wire & it’s bad for 3 night stay in the hotel. For future visitors this need to be fixed.

The staff especially Madeline, is a sweet and attentive person. She make sure our check in was nice and steady. Also the transport to the Universal parks is very great. Therese also a Walgreen nearby and others food places.

The hallways were loaded with roaches, and for a non smoking hotel there was a constant odor of marijuana in the hallways. I will not go back here.

Check in was ok, would have said it was better but later that evening saw the front desk agent hanging with some guys on 3rd floor. Due to that safety was a concern and trusting the property dwindled. While parking late at night a guy was just walking through the parking lot, looking at vehicles as he walked by i double back and took mine back out.

The property and the rooms are nothing like the pictures. My room had rust in the bathroom, stains on the sofa, spider webs near the lamps and the lamps didnt work. The phones did not work ans yes I checked it waa plugged in. As well as my sink was dirty and had dried up toothpaste in it since the sink didn't drain properly. The towels in the room were dirty I had to go buy wash clothes and towles. They didn't want to switch my room but after many complaints. They gave me a double bed room which I originally had a king bedroom with a sofa. The new room had stains on the sheets as well as on the towels. The air work but the TV remote didn't (mind you its up high so you cant reach it) the fringe was dirty, the lamps in this room also didn't work and it had an odor. I couldn't get a refund so I had to accept the accommodations. Nor could I find another hotel that was not over priced. I would not recommend nor return.

Nice room but noisy.
Room was nice but hallway was noisy. A dog barking for 2 hours. And a baby crying at the wee hours of the morning and a couple arguing two nights in a row.

Always the perfect choice for Orlando
The attendants at front desk are extremelly friendly and willing to help. The room was cozy and very clean, seems like it was recently renewed. Breakfast is simple but good.
