Great access to downtown Orlando, both the Orange Ave area and Lake Eola. Nice rooftop pool, clean, friendly staff, only downside is that there is no self-parking, you have to use valet or find metered street parking, or one of the city garages.

Never again. Like ever.
I paid for a deluxe king and all available rooms had just had carpets cleaned. I entered room and the stench was unbearable. Like wet dog. The carpet was so wet that as I turned to leave I almost wiped out on tile in entry of room. I returned to front desk and they tried to put me in a room on the same floor where all carpets had been cleaned. So they instead had to give me a room with double beds. Although the carpet was dry, the room had an unpleasant smell. Nothing is complimentary-even a small bottle of purified water in the room was $3.. My husband couldn’t get WiFi to work. Finding a long black hair on a towel in the room was the cherry on my stay. This will be my first and last stay there.
