They make wait two hours for cancel my reservation because I Have a hair pet allergy (I let them know in advance and the time I was doing my check in) and they gave me a first-floor room, and the carpet smell a dog and start sneezing very bad as soon I open the door.

Unfortunately because I booked through Expedia we got the old outdated unit. It wasn’t clean (so we bought cleaning supplies to clean) only to later find bugs in the bathroom and one in my bed so we had to move in the middle of the night. It was an updated unit but still not thoroughly cleaned. The units were nicer than a hotel, everything you need; I also enjoyed the workout room and the pool area. Descent accommodations for the price; but bring cleaning supplies and possibly some bug spray if you’re on the first floor. There ended up being a bug in my bed in the new unit as well two nights in. I slept with all the lights on. Couldn’t relax. Great location; easy to get to every thing.

Classic timeshare with pushy staff!
During check-in, aggressive time share speech. They hold your parking pass until you talk to a time share representative and he is aggressive . The picture that we’re online were of new buildings, which were there. We were put in what looked like old apartment buildings next to the new building. Traffic was loud and there was mold in the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean but rundown looking. Everything worked, lights and appliances. Which was good. Heavy construction was going on and dump trucks were coming through the complex early in the morning. The pool was nice, tennis court was nice and miniature golf course was nice. Did my family sleep well, no, due to all the noise. I would not recommend this place. Pushy staff and place is loud. At least where we stayed on property.

I really wanted to love this place and everything was going well until it was shower time. I reserved two rooms and the tubs were clogged in both rooms. In one room, the bathroom sink drained very slow. The furniture could use an update but other than that, my stay was fine. I wouldn’t stay again considering the possible plumbing issue. Staff was really nice though, although the credit hold on my account took 5 days to be released as opposed to the 2 days we were told.

The property is new small, whoch includes a 55 community. There is ongoing construction through 2024 because a new apt complex. After that construction is completed, there will be a new gated entrqnce to The Breeze.

Great Stay
Resort stay was excellent from the front desk customer service to the cleanliness of the room. It is some construction on site, but it is not loud. They are building other resort units. The water was not as hot for showering but overall, I would definitely recommend this location for families and cant wait to visit again.
