We really enjoyed our stay! Room was very clean and comfortable, was convenient to Disney and we loved the Mickey waffles and swimming pool. Only experience that was not 5 stars was that our room was not available for our check in time so we had to wait an hour after check in time and system was down when checking out so did not get a receipt. But staff was kind and we will definitely be back for our next Orlando stay!

Stay somewhere else, it was an extremely bad experience. The key cards to get into the room would not work for multiple days, I was accused of not providing a credit card when I checked in and the manager threatened to immediately check out my family from the hotel. My family felt extremely unsafe and I almost had to call the police to get help with the the hotel manager. It was later determined that I had provided a credit card when I checked in but there were multiple training issues with their staff. The hotel had a huge smoke smell on our floor and it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to investigate. The night manager did not know how to set the wakeup call system. The shuttle to Disney was a disaster...drive to Disney. The pool smells funny. This is the first time I can say I was greatly concerned for the safety of my family while staying at a hotel. I was extremely disappointed.

Had a great stay here, suite was excellent, clean and overlooked the pool area. Quiet with well appointed comforts to make the stay Just Excellent. Poolside bar was well managed by Shannon and I had the chicken breast/bacon/ranch sandwich with fries, it was hot, juicy and very tasty. Breakfast was great to with plenty of choice.

Wish we wouldve had more time here. What a beautiful property. The area was clean and new. Even though we didnt have time to use the pool, the waterslide looked fun. Mostly dissapointed that there were only 2 shuttles to the theme parks in the day. We stay again.

I was impressed. Nice front desk staff, good breakfast each day well stocked. Across the street large outdoor mall area with plenty of food options, Target and Walgreens also. Will stay there again

Lovely property with wonderful staff. We went for a few nights to visit Disney and they provided a shuttle service from the hotel to Disney. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. There is no safe though inside of the rooms. Lots of things to do near the hotel that is of walking distance. Target, Starbucks and few restaurants are nearby. Their pool was really big too. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Great hotel for families. Pool with slide. Very clean grounds. Poolside bar for the adults with good drink variety. Did not have any of the food served there. Breakfast was ok. Need to switch up options better from day to day. Coffee was just ok too. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Highly recommend!
