The staff was wonderful and made us feel special for being our wedding night. The room was incredible , can’t beat the view. The bed was so comfy , I didn’t want to get out of it

The property did not look very updated in our actual hotel room. The common areas are beautiful, but definitely over priced for the quality of room. Breakfast is not included. We went to a restaurant onsite which was also just ok, but extremely pricy.

On arrival the person at the front desk was unpleasant , cold and seemed to want to get rid of me rather than help me, first she said the hotel was fuller booked than she spent a looong time doing something, finally I had a room. At checkout I had a wonderful experience!

Bad timing
We were bumped off our balcony room (which I payed extra for) with a regular room. I understand the safety of the hurricane but didn’t off to accommodate for the price difference or even off a meal on them. Every single thing is extra (breakfast, parking) and got charged $100 in resort fees we couldn’t use because of the hurricane

We evacuated during the Milton Hurricane and everyone at the hotel was very compassionate and welcoming. The amount of dinning experiences is amazing. I will definitely go back again and encourage anyone else also.

The Hyatt was convenient to the convention center and dining options. Car rental available at the nearby Rosen Center hotel. We had to cut our stay short because of Hurricane Milton and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and had a refrigerator which was convenient.
