The place is perfect if you are traveling with little kids, and the staff is awesome, shout out to all the crew including Victor, Victoria and the staff in the breakfast area, the playground and the experience overall was awesome

My husband and I were a little hesitant having a 2 year old and 8 month old while staying here but I am so glad that we did! It was an absolute blast. The rooms were perfect and spacious enough to fit all four of us comfortably. The on site play area for kids was a hit with our 2 year old. The breakfast was delicious!! We will most definitely stay here again soon!

The hotel was extremely old and in terrible condition. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in awful shape. Our kids fell sick and even expressed that they didn’t want to stay there. The photos shown before booking were completely misleading and didn’t match the actual room. It felt like we were scammed out of our money.

My boyfriend and I had a very nice experience, the room is quite cozy and ideal to spend the night. Everything in general is quite clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and organized despite the number of people. We will definitely come back here.

el hospedaje esta bueno por el precio. el desayuno variado. el parque para ni;os completo. la limpieza o servicio a la habitacion hay q llamar por telefono para que algo que necesites porque no pasan por las habitaciones. pero todo se encontraba bien. supuestamente te daban un voucher de 10 dolares para comida y lo que te daban era una bolsita con un agua y un paquete de galletas. la atencion es buena y el lugar es amplio

My daughter and I had the best time during our stay at Magic Moment Resort. Our room was beautiful and had plenty of towels, but what really sold us on this property was how kid-centered it was. There is a gorgeous outside play area full of toys and activities for kids to play with. My daughter loved it so much that she begged me to stay on property on our third day, instead of going to Disney as planned. The free breakfast amenity was lovely and they brought out both Mickey and Minnie mouse! It looked like they were still renovating some of the hotel, so I am excited for what we will find during our future stays. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The only critique I have is that the sink did not have any hand soap and the floors were a bit dirty, but other than that, we had the best time and will definitely be back. I recommend this hotel for anyone with young children :)
