The lobby looks great. The rooms desperately need repairs. Had a "deal" on rooms for $94. Checked in and slapped with a $100 resort fee. Left feeling ripped off since there was nothing up front about resort fees. Use your $400 to stay at an Embassy Suites. Don't let the gated entrance fool you...it's a dive.

Stayed in quite a few hotels on our visit and this was our favorite. Clean ,great staff,nice grounds with super warm pool. Definitely my go to next time .ohh yea and good free breakfast

I could complete my online check in, when we arrived at the hotel they said the only way I could check in was electronically. I did not have my computer with me and I do not have a cell phone, So they told me WE could not check in, we had to drive around at night to find another hotel.

Great place for a reasonable rate.

This is a large hotel with the feel of a small hotel. Breakfast is included. The property has a secure parking lot. The facilities are plentiful. A pool, a kids room, a breakfast room with breakfast included. Washers and dryers. A common room for groups to meet up. It is very reasonable and convenient to all parks.

Breakfast is crazy, lots of people and the food is portioned. Beware of the $50 a day deposit and the $30 a day resort fees. Other than that the location is great and the front desk has great customer service.

I had a pleasant stay at the Palazzo Lakeside Hotel. The location is very good, close to the theme parks and with beautiful views of the lake, which makes it a practical place for those who visit the area. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. It is a simple hotel, so if you are looking for something cheap to sleep and enjoy the nearby attractions, it is a good option. Although there are some details that could be improved, such as the variety in the breakfast and some aspects of maintenance, in general it fulfilled what I needed. I would recommend it for those looking for a comfortable and accessible place without spending too much. If you have realistic expectations, you will surely enjoy your stay.
