The front desk staff were quite rude and reluctant to assist when I called the hotel to schedule an airport pickup. On the other hand, I must commend the hotel for their excellent shuttle service when departing for the airport. You can easily schedule a pickup time based on your flight schedule, which is very convenient.

I have stayed twice, and enjoyed each stay. Hotel is free of bugs, has great breakfast options, and rooms are always maintained with fresh towels. Most cleaning staff do not speak english however. They accept amazon packages with no charge. I love everything with this hotel that even if I stay elsewhere due to prices, I end up moving back to the Ramada. This trip however, 1 of the elevators were out of service.

It was close to the airport. The pillows were possibly the worst hotel pillows ever. It was mostly clean, although the floor wasn't quite. The bathroom needed some work. They also need more than one waffle maker for breakfast.
