We waited at the airport for the hotel's airport shuttle but it did not show up and the hotel would not answer the phone. We ended up using a taxi to get to the hotel. After complaining at check in the hotel said they would reimburse half of the taxi fare. The complementary breakfast was good.

I didn’t know what to expect based on mixed reviews within one week before our stay - I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, bed comfortable, room amenities were very good. And, the price and short drive to MCO were perfect!

Very Good Option Close to Airport
Just a one night stay. Close to the airport. Good size of the "suite" part with a couch, countertop and chairs. Provided a mobile crib to us for our 9 month old. Breakfast was solid and quite busy when we came down!

Great room disposition, but there’s some stains in the couch that made me not seat on it. The hallway smells, but other than that I would give 5 stars. For a quick stay I definitely recommend and I would stay again.

the gentleman at the service counter was amazingly calm under the stress of over 30 people trying to check in at the same time, in addition to answering the phones. He needs a raise And he was polite when i said i wished i could help him. He was the only pleasant thing about this place, the room was unkept, dirty, hair in the tub, and the place had not been vaccuumed. Only 1 elevator was working, and the hallways were littered and not cleaned.

The lobby area, hallways, and our room smelled bad, like Glade floral sprayed over microwaved fish. The room lighting was harsh and cold. Soap was a trial sized Dove bar. There were wet footprints through the lobby. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe, and we ended up getting a room at another hotel.

I have stayed here several times in the past which is why it was my first choice to stay. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and broken equipment on site. It was much nicer in the past. Next time I go to Orlando I believe I will try a different hotel.
