This was a frustrating stay for us, I had called the morning of our stay to confirm a crib for our room, I was told that a note would be put on our reservation however when I checked in I was told there was no note and I may not get a crib. Additionally, there was no sheet offered for the crib when it was brought up and there were no sheets or blankets provided for the pull out bed/couch, we had to go down to the desk with our two young kids to get them. The room itself was clean and we felt safe.

Even though the booking clearly said the check-in time was 3 pm, when we reached there, they made us wait as they have a wall which says check in time 4 pm. We were not happy that despite of multiple requests they made us sit for more than 1 hour. After an escalation they rushed to clean the rooms. For someone to pay such a high price, I would have expected better service. The reps were rude.
