The place and location were very good. The only thing that was a spoiler was the extra fees that were added on during checkout. They have a flat fee of a 100.00 for any pet. I can see a small fee or a deposit in case damage. But 100.00 for a crated pet? Really. This is the most I have ever paid for my pet.

There was only one person working the desk handling multiple jobs. Very clearly understaffed. We had reserved a Pack and play crib and was not in the room at the time of check in. Was told they would deliver it on multiple occassions and took me multiple trips back downstairs to follow up over 3 hours to finally get it. Infant ended up not sleeping. Was not a good night!

I will be back
Good Location close to the airport. A little shabby in the hall ways but the room was in great shape. Cleaning starts on the 3rd day and then every other. Parking is 15 dollars a day The breakfast is adequate but for long stays a bit boring. The employees are nice and very helpful. They do have a shuttle that will take you to restaurants and pick you up. The shuttle runs 24/7 to the airport

We stayed for one night at the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport. The main lobby was modern and updated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a king bed, pull-out couch, and a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the room itself was outdated, with some peeling wallpaper and a noticeable odor. One inconvenience was that the bathroom was en-suite, meaning my parents, who slept on the pull-out couch, had to come in and out of the room frequently to use it. There were renovations happening near the pool area, and some doors were blocked off. The pool was technically open but looked dirty, so we decided to skip it. Breakfast was the standard hotel hot breakfast with plenty of options, which was a nice touch. Overall, while I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, it wasn’t terrible for a quick one-night stop.
