If I could give this place a higher rating I would! Absolutely loved the continental breakfast. Food was very well prepped and lots of choices. The cleanliness was impeccable, very convenient sleep arrangement, lots of space in the rooms and phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be returning for all my future Disney trips!

This hotel is mediocre. It’s clean and the staff is nice. The shuttle that’s advertised is very limited on times of service as well as availability in seats, ruining our plans. The rooms are set up horribly, where the bathroom is right in front of the bed(s) with a frosted glass door so going to the bathroom in the middle of the night lights up the whole room. The carpet in front of the bathroom door was wet when we arrived at 8pm. There’s not much space in the rooms whether it’s a king or 2 queens. Rooms are very close to each other. The pool is nice and has a great shallow area. Parking is limited and costs per night.

Frustrating checkin. Arrived at 440 pm. And was advised that the room I purchased was not available yet. Tired and wanted to chill. At 510 asked again and still not ready. About 550 was advised that we would have to move over to Towneplace Suites as there was no room available. Got into room around 6.DONT have checkin for 4 if rooms aren’t ready. We were not the only people waiting. Should have been given some compensation for having to wait. Nothing!!!
