Buyer beware
This property was one of the worst I've stayed in on VRBO. My son found hair on his bed that made him feel uncomfortable the whole night. Also, keep an eye out for black ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. The sofa was disgusting. I didn't even want to sit on it. The walls were scuffed and discolored. The house gets a bit too much use. Probably a great problem for the owner. That means this property is a real cash cow. Great for them. But the least you can do is clean it...

Everything was good great place to stay and relax with the family, the pool was perfect for the hot weather we have fun. The house is how you see it in the picture nice and clean with constable bed the kitchen has everything you need, but one thing that will recommend having is a pizza tray for the oven. overall, as a family of 5 we have a amazing and relaxing time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as the listing stated. My only complaint was one of the kids bedrooms looked like the bedding wasn’t changed so we did that ourselves. No big deal. I loved the fact that we could donate the unopened food that we weren’t able to use instead of throwing it out.

Family enjoyed the property. The location just around the corner to the best Tiki bar and General store on the property. Location of so many things to do in the area around Windsor Palms. So happy with everything I booked for a month stay in 2025. A very friendly and secure place to vacation.

Good size and location however property overpriced for the condition. Lots of wear and tear and in general was dated and in need of redecoration. Felt rather grubby when we arrived and not as clean as we would have expected. Pool and deck covered in Algee looked like not cleaned in a long time awning torn and Algee covered as were the padded sun loungers

Perfect family accommodation
Perfect location, meaning a short drive to the Disney parks and shops. Superb space and a lovely pool. Everything you could want for a great stay. We loved the air hockey and pool table too. We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and would stay here again should we return.

Shambles at Premier Resort Villa Property
Received inaccurate check in information advising no security alarm. Wrong info! Active alarm on windows and patio doors meant we couldn’t use the pool for 24 hours until the maintenance team arrived. Once checked in we were shocked to find that the villa had NOT be cleaned after the previous guests!!! Beds, floors, bathrooms and kitchen were in a disgusting dirty state and sheets unchanged. Contacted management company and was told nothing could be done until the next day. When cleaner finally arrived it took her over 3 hours to clean the property as it was filthy. Villa was advertised with free pool heat. Yet the pool was freezing cold! Another call to the property management company. Had to wait 24 hours before it was heated owing to low water level. Villa itself was spacious but inadequately equipped in the kitchen e.g minimal plastic plates and cups etc for pool area and a general lack of kitchenware. We loved the location and resort complex and the pool was lovely... when it was warm! In spite of our complaint regarding the above issues, the property managers ignored our many emails for compensation. Only on threat of escalation did they respond with a paltry refund of $50 which failed to even cover half of the cleaning fee paid in advance. We would not recommend booking with Premier Resorts through Vrbo. Having rented numerous villas for over 25 years this was the worst experience I had ever encountered with a villa and property management company.

Très belle propriété, très propre. Facile à l’arrivée avec le code donc aucun contact. Près de plusieurs activités comme Disney, mini-golf, restaurant et magasin. Le seul point un peu moins positif est que la piscine n’est pas chauffé.
