Our beautifully decorated villa is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as ours. Drawing from our experiences renting vacation homes, we have worked diligently to make your experience—from booking to departure—genuinely exceptional.

Located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, this intimate residential development on US 27 in Davenport offers convenient access to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, with just a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World! What more could you ask for than a fantastic location, a safe community, and a fabulous, fully-equipped villa?

Our home features three ensuite bedrooms:
- a King Master bedroom with a full bath,
- a Queen Master bedroom with a full bath,
- and a Double bedroom with an ensuite bath.
- Additionally, there’s a Twin Bedroom and a Study/Den with a sofa bed, all equipped with TVs and cable.

The large open-plan dining and living area opens to the screened south-facing lanai, pool, and hot tub. The air-conditioned games room includes billiard and ping pong tables, tennis racquets, and pedal bikes.

This truly is your home away from home! We have considered every detail to ensure your family’s vacation is relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Our kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you'd find at home: a full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric mixer, and electric can opener. We also provide a complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as home!

Pack light and take advantage of our laundry room, which has a full-sized washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. You’ll also find hairdryers in every bathroom, so there’s no need to pack one.

The Study/Den is equipped with a work desk, chair, printer, and free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected to work.

We cater to our youngest guests by providing a crib, a travel pack ‘n’ play/playpen, a high chair, two lightweight strollers, and a toddler booster seat. For their safety, a protective mesh pool fence serves as a barrier to the pool. We also have plenty of toys and books to entertain them all day.

This property was great! The neighborhood is quiet and its close enough to some of the major highways to get anywhere quickly. The house is beautiful and was as described. The beds could use some updating as they felt a little worn. But otherwise this is an awesome house and we would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and well equipped. There was a lot of construction going on behind us, which at times was a little loud. Enjoyed the games room and the pool was well used. Everyone who was with us enjoyed the house. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd Stay at Tuscan Hills
This is a beautiful home in a gated community very close to Disney. There are great restaurants in the area and grocery stores very close by as well. Maria is a wonderful hostess. Very quick to respond to any questions. The home is very well appointed and perfect for a family. This was our second stay in the home and we would definitely book it again when coming back to the area.

Overall great stay!
House was great and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Pool area and outdoor table seating was dirty when we arrived. Lots of sucker wrappers laying around. We had to spray down the back area and fill pool to appropriate water level. Also 90% of the pool toys in the outside bin where broke and not usable. The bikes all have flat tires and the tire pump is broken so we where unable to use them. The tennis rackets are also extremely dirty leaving some sort of black soot on our hands which was very disappointing. Almost like the rubber on the handles was melting off. The house itself was clean and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Location was perfect for visiting Disney and Universal! Would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay!
We had an all adult Disney vacation at this home for 9 days. It was very clean, welcoming, and in a nice area. It has a great layout for everyone to have their own space and the house is fairly well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub, too. While this home is close to Disney, it can take 25-35 minutes to get to the parks each day because of all of the red lights. Even so, it was pretty convenient to get to the parks from this home, especially for the price! We would definitely stay here again. Things that could be improved: *The main complaint from every adult in the house was that the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. This is probably the main thing in the home that could use updating and the only reason we gave it a 4 star. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise! Hopefully, we will be back soon for another stay.

Excellent Vacation 2022
We came in Monday Sept. 26 and this property was gorgeous and very confortable. A few days later we had to weather hurricane Ian but everyone was great with making us feel right at home. We weathered the storm well and made it to our final destination that week which was Disney World. My family and I really enjoyed this property during our stay. I would stay there again if I visit Florida.

From the beginning of the booking process until checkout everything was amazing. We had a brilliant family holiday. The house is gorgeous, the host is fantastic to communicate with and it's a great base to come back to at the end of busy days exploring all the area has to offer. We loved our stay in the Tuscan Hills community!! The home was beautiful and had more than what we needed for our stay!! The pool was perfect!! Maria is a wonderful hostess. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in was super smooth. The house was super clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. This home is in the back of the community and they are now building behind. It did not disturb us but we could hear them excavating when I’m the pool during the day. It did not detract from our stay at all. I would definitely recommend this home and Maria as a host. Our next trip to the area would definitely be staying in this home again!!!

Beautiful Home Close to Disney
Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Bermudiana! We loved the screened lanai and hot tub, and having so much more room to relax than a cramped hotel room. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was so much easier too. The home was clean and well kept. We really felt like we were coming home after long days at the parks. It was great having Publix and restaurants nearby too. I have already recommended this home to a friend. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This home was beyond what we expected. The rooms were great size and each room had its own bathroom which was very useful. Our kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Amusement parks we close by which was wonderful. Overall we had a great experience.
