This was our third time staying at Grand Wyndham at Bonnet Creek. First time being in 2019. The place needs a major face lift. There was stains everywhere, curtains missing on the window, stained lamp shades. Due to hurricane there was no amenities available. There was no room service and no hot food available to go. There should have been adjustments on rates, at least waved resort fees. Breakfast buffet had very small options. There were many other small issues. Hopefully they get the place renovated soon as it desperately needs a “facelift “

The staff was amazing!! Bed was very comfortable, the king suite was perfect and the elevators ran fast and parking was a breeze very pet friendly

We were on property during hurricane Milton and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure guests were safe and accommodated. Even with the storm, this was still a pleasurable experience and our best vacation to date. We will definitely return for our next Disney excursion. Thanks again to the staff!

Clean & convenient location
We stayed here to escape hurricane Milton along with many others. We usually only stay on Disney property but this was 2nd choice as Disney closed all reservations even to DVC members. This was the second best location as it was still close to Disney Springs & the parks & we were familiar with the area. We loved it, lobby had a nice cafe which is a huge for us. If there’s no cafe, we usually don’t stay. Our room was clean & staff were friendly. We were concerned about dinner time during our stay due to being hunkered down but the hotel was ready & had a buffet style dinner for all guests which to my surprise was actually very good. My family & I enjoyed the dinner & was happy we were able to eat a hot sit down meal as a family during the Hurricane. There was also a nice bar down in the lobby with plenty of seating. Our room was ready 3 hours early which was convenient, & having a parking garage which valet was not only convenient but made us feel safer about our vehicle during the storm. Check in/out was super easy. No complaints here, we had a great time & will definitely be back when not staying on Disney property.

Overall we had a great experience at this Wyndham property! We were only able to stay one night due to incoming hurricane changing our plans, but we were pleased with the property and coziness of the room.

An uninspired stay, will not be going back.
We stayed one night. The elevators were too small causing us to wait to get to our room. We had a great view of the hotel car garage. Felt like we were in a prison. The water in the bathroom went from cold to hot and burn our daughter's hand. The shower water also changed temperature as well as the pipes making a strange vibrating sound scaring my wife to death. The valet service was the only thing good.
