Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time. Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy.

Ottimo soggiorno
Causa orario di arrivo del traghetto, abbiamo avvisato la struttura che non saremmo potuti arrivare prima delle 19:30, fine del normale orario previsto per il chek-in. Arrivati alla reception con c.a un'ora di ritardo, ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di una penale di 30 €, che, dopo la nostra richiesta di esibire il regolamento dove risultasse tale norma, ci è stata annullata. Di contro, sul momento, non ci è stata addebitata la cauzione di 100 € prevista. Accompagnati all'appartamento, non ci è stata fornita nessuna informazione utile sui servizi presenti nella struttura. In breve, chek-in insoddisfacente. Ottimo invece l'appartamento, spazioso, pulito, ben arredato, con piano cottura elettrico a due posti, bagno funzionale e pulito (magari un paio di saponettine all'arrivo sarebbero state gradite . . .). Altro suggerimento per la proprietà sarebbe quello di comprendere nel costo del soggiorno almeno un cambio settimanale di asciugamani (il cambio, a richiesta, costa 10 €). Il nostro appartamentino non aveva un terrazzino come invece i due confinanti e pertanto abbiamo avuto la disponibiltà dell'andito aperto a colonnato per l'utilizzo di un tavolino e di uno stendino per la biancheria. Utilissimo e fornitissimo il negozio CRAI confinante con la struttura. Noi, ad inizio settembre, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a posteggiare l'auto nella piazzetta antistante il residence e il negozio CRAI, ma a luglio o agosto . . . . Comunque, struttura consigliatissima.

Très bien, dans l’ensemble personnel accueillant et professionnel. Les appartements sont spacieux , confortables et propres. Les plages à 5 min en voitures. Seul petit bémol, le wifi inexistant.

E' un bel residence con piccoli appartamenti raccolti in unico comprensorio che si affaccia su una bella piscina per adulti e bambini. Lo staff è molto gentile e il nostro appartamento come tutto il comprensorio era molto pulito. Nelle vicinanze praticamente attaccato al residence c'è un supermercato molto fornito. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò.

Ho trascorso una settimana presso il Residence Sos Alinos con la mia famiglia, mi sono trovata molto bene, il personale è sempre stato molto gentile, fin da subito accogliente e disponibile. L' appartamento era pulito, comodo e servito di ogni comodità. La struttura si trova inoltre in una zona perfetta per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona, a pochi minuti dai principali servizi, come supermercati, e dal centro di Orosei.

Wir haben unseren ersten Familienurlaub mit unserem 5 Monate alten Baby hier verbracht (12 Nächte). Die italienische Gastfreundschaft haben wir leider mehrmals vermisst. ACHTUNG: Zusatzkosten können ggf. vor Ort anfallen! Gefallen hat uns: gepflegte, saubere, ruhige Anlage mit Pool eigene, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile Lebensmittelgeschäft nebenan Nicht gefallen hat uns: - zusätzlich vor Ort noch 20€ pro Nacht, also insgesamt 240€! für ein Beistellbett für Babys zu bezahlen, welches wir nicht brauchten. (Es ist also nicht optional zubuchbar, wie bei der Buchung ursprünglich beschrieben!) - Kommunikation mit Kunden vor Ort (geringe Empathie, kein lösungsorientiertes Handeln) - Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen - es findet keine Reinigung statt, auch nicht bei längeren Aufenthalten - Es gibt keine frischen Handtücher oder Bettlaken, selbst nach 1 Woche nur bei Nachfrage und dann gegen Bezahlung - Bettlaken müssen selbst bezogen werden - Kundenunfreundliche, Gewinnmaximierte Checkin-Zeiten (Check-in abends ab 17 Uhr, Checkout morgens bis 9 Uhr)

Residence curato e pulito immerso nel verde, monolocale con angolo cottura accogliente e bagno molto grande. C'è una piscina sempre pulitissima. Nelle vicinanze vari negozi. Parcheggio comodo..ad un km dalla spiaggia. La signora Laura della reception sempre gentile e disponibile.

Bene, ma non benissimo
La stanza pulitissima, impeccabile, angolo cottura fornito di tutto, letto comodo, unica pecca molto buio, si doveva stare con la luce perennemente accesa. Il personale, quando presente, molto gentile, soprattutto la signora del turno pomeridiano e il bagnino. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perchè ci sembrava un ambiente piccolo e rilassante, ma l'assenza di personale nelle ore notturne ci ha impedito di riposare, chiasso in piscina, e alcuni ospiti pensando di avere una terrazza personale e non comune a tutti, si intrattenevano a chiacchierare fino a ore molto tarde. Allora riposiamo almeno nel pomeriggio, impossibile perchè la nostra stanza era attaccata al ripostiglio delle signore delle pulizie (apri la porta, prendi secchi, ecc). se fosse più presenziato non esiterei a tornare.
