I can’t access gym prior to 12:00pm checking-out time on the date of checking out… came down to reception to fix access card to access gym… Water pressure of shower went very low several times… I thought out of hot water and wait for a while… noisy facing on street especially in very early morning and woke me up… Restaurant right next of reception served frozen tiramisu….Hmm…

We stayed in 6th floor deluxe room which was spacious. Good shower unit. The bed is up against the wall which is annoying when theres 2 of you. We were on main road side and (especially on Saturday night) it was very noisy traffic wise. I questioned if its double glazed. The Lunch buffet deal was quite good value.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and location was great for all our Osaka adventures. Will be coming back again next visit.

One of the nicest hotels in Osaka. I would highly recommend coming to this hotel, if you’re looking for a place that is outside the craziness of Dotombori. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Additionally the staff are so wonderful, warm, and welcoming.

Bar staff were lovely. Have partner a cake on arrival for birthday. Bed was incredibly comfortable, I want to know where they got them!! Room is lovely, lots of amenities in the room. Blackout blinds work very well, we didn’t realise how late it was oops! Thank you for the wonderful stay. One small issue I had booked under my name but my partner paid who is a Marriott gold member but they wouldn’t let us use his benefits sadly so make sure you book under the members name if you wish to use benefits.

We booked a suite at the Aloft at a very reasonable rate, less than you pay for a Travelodge in London these days. Room was excellent and could be segregated off with sliding doors or left mostly open plan. It even had 2 loos! Although described as a queen bed, it was larger than a UK king. The pillows were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, soft but supportive and retained their shape rather than going flat after 2 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel clean, modern and in good condition. As with all hotels, the bar and restaurant were a little expensive, we eat there one night due to a thunderstorm and it was very nice. There are are plenty of other restaurants and bars close by, or short taxi/subway ride away in Umeda or Americamure. The next time we are in Osaka we will definitely try to rebook the Aloft

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was quite hot in Osaka in July but the entrance to the underground shopping mall was directly outside. A lifesaver! My only negative was related to location. It required quite a bit of walking to get to/from the nearest station that I needed.
