Nice hotel. Kept up well. They have a magnet to put on your door if you want your room cleaned that day which is convenient. Is like a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk if you take the limousine bus from the airport to Kabukicho tower. Loys of stores and restaurants close by. Even a disney store within a 10 min walk. 3 different arcades right across the street.the bus station to disneyland and disney sea is also across the street from the train station.

From Shinjuku station it's a very easy 5 min walk to the hotel. From the east gate you walk straight by the Shinjuku cat, past Don Quijote and then you can't miss the big Godzilla watching over the buildings. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. When we had a hard time finding a taxi, Yogi from the concierge made some fast phone calls and solved our problems with a smile. The rooms are very clean but on the smaller side. Too bad the Godzilla head was closed off for maintenance during our whole stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was near Shinjuku station which made transportation very easy. This area was very crowded, had lots of places to eat and shop. I wouldn't recommend for family with small children because there were lots of drunks and the streets were filled with litter.

I loved every minute in the hotel. My only issue in Japan, is the fact the room windows dont open.... Thats my only pet peeve, but other than that the hotel was perfectly located, at a convient area and with a great vibe. Will return.

Pros: Great customer service, easy access to entertainment and places to eat, has laundry facilities onsite Cons: Surrounding area is rather noisy at nighttime, rooms are rather small, the local area is inundated with homeless people, the cafe inside the hotel is disgustingly overpriced

It was a shame that the Godzilla Head balcony was closed during our stay but the kids got to see it every day anyway, walking pass by it from the elevator :) Very nice and clean facilities, shops and restaurants are all around and the subway isn't too far away.

Right in the heart of an entertainment district and within 5 minutes walk of a major train station and metro (underground) network to get you across to Tokyo’s other districts and beyond. The hotel is clean with a nice lounge/bar area, unfortunately during my stay the centre piece of the hotel was closed.
