Very helpful staff that goes out of their way to help, even by Japanese standards. Our stay was pleasant and our room was a good size. A short walk to the outlets and they provide free shuttle bus service to the airport.

Very polite ans efficient staff helped us to check in quickly and reserve our airport transportation for the next day. Rooms were clean with a lot of space(per Japanese standards). Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very old and dark. The bathroom smells and the air con / heater barely works. The lobby staff is very helpful and the locations is convenient. But the hotel convenient store is ridiculous. No English, and did not want to help. Perhaps they're getting too ma y tourists and start to show annoyance towards tourist.

absolutely fantastic. everything checkin and checkout is swift and am able to help book for me airport transfer. just 1 point to note that, the bed is not big enough for 2 ppl.
