So disappointed in our stay at Lakeside Casino and hotel. The hot tub was not functional, it was empty and blocked up. The pool was green. The only restaurant was closed with no reason but there were people in it eating, all the tv’s were on and workers present. We choose this property for the amenities. The front desk did not inform us upon check in of any of these items not being functional or open or we would have choose to stay somewhere else. I am so upset with our experience. I emailed the company and left a hand written review asking them to contact me. Only time will tell if they remedy our miserable situation we went through. I would suggest staying somewhere else. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be sorry you did!

When I booked a room I wish it said that we have pet rooms available I booked a 2 queen bed when I got there I asked if they allow pets they said yes but it has to be a pet room they only have a king room with one bed that was the only one they have they gave us a roller bed it wasn’t comfortable I had to pay $28 for my dog that is to high and they didn’t have breakfast there

Always a pleasant clean stay at lakeside. Only downside to this hotel stay is the hot tub is still out of service and there’s no free breakfast

Ok for a one night stay.
We were told room had been remodeled. We could see new carpet had been put down, but that was all. Rooms are rather dark in nature and could be lightened up quite a bit. Bathrooms could be better cleaned.
