Went next door for breakfast. Returned at 9:25 am to find someone else moved in our room and our belongings removed. Check out is 11:00 and check in is 2:00. Thought I was goi g to have to call police to get my belongings back. Very poor customer service. Plus no amenities.

The hotel owner changed the reservation and attempted to charge a higher price than what was reserved on Travelocity. He then refused to let us check in. I called Travelocity to resolve the matter and the owner was not honest with Travelocity representive and stated that I had cancelled the reservation. Two other hotel guest were in the lobby and will attest that I agreed to accept the modified reservation at the higher price.
