Not Up To Expectations
We were surprised at the room we were given as we were expecting one in the house that is pictured on the site. Instead, we were in a very small, cabin-like room within a row of similar rooms. Although it was updated, clean and adequate, it was clearly meant for a fisherman's space (large freezer in the room, with printed regulations for fishermen, along with small refrigerator and microwave); we were asked if we were there to fish (we were not). The driveway in front of our room was not paved. All in all, it was an adequate room, but certainly not worth $150 per night. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice room. Only stayed 1 night; clean/spacious/beds were comfy; was a little noisy being right by the main road, but otherwise was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

A clean, comfortable, vintage motel. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Really appreciate the motel's policies as we had no allergic reactions to anything. The location worked great for our travel plans. Also, highly recommend Dahls Diner (just down the road) for breakfast.

Made a last minute reservation. Was hesitant to book a chain motel/hotel due to previous experiences and took a shot on a local motel. Showed up right at check in time. Debbie, the owner/operator greeted me and had a short and pleasant conversation. Was given room 5. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the scent of fresh laundry. Not a spray, masked scent, but actual fresh laundry. Room was clean, tidy, and had a full fridge/microwave and very clean ensuite bathroom. Had a quick shower, water was warm and pressure was decent. Had a selection of clean, soft, white towels that also were obviously freshly laundered. Bed was well made, was clean, with comfortable pillows. My overall impression is this is a proudly run family owned business with Debbie keeping things running to a high standard. The comfort/cleanliness for value is great. Some notes: bring your cards, you cant pay with your phone (I pay with my phone for everything). The motel is about a 5 minute drive outside of town, so have a vehicle.

Quiet little place just outside of the downtown Owego. Fairly certain the speedway isn’t able to be heard from there. The rooms are a little bit dated, but everything was clean and nice.

The woman was very friendly upon check in! Room was clean and beds were comfortable! Convenient for the fishing charter just a few minutes away. Will definitely be returning!
