I was very impressed with this place! I liked it so much that I decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights. The rooms are a bit small and simple, but yet super elegant and clean. Perfect to crash after skiing at Wolf Creek. They don't have staff on site, and the check in is all done electronically. But they are very easy to reach as I had to call them a few times after locking myself out. My interaction with them was very pleasant. I love that the rooms have hardwood floor instead of carpets. I also loved the coffee set up they have. I'm definitely staying there again next time I come skiing at Wolf Creek.

The room and its location were excellent; however, the shower floor was uneven, causing water to accumulate on one side. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay.

I love boutique hotels and have stayed here many times. Usually, what boutiques offer is wonderful upgrades because the infrastructure is quircky. The bed was horrible and that is an item that should be top notch. Donā€™t start skimping, youā€™ll lose your loyal customers.

They helped us get into our rooms about an hour prior to my check in and that provided us with the space to unload our stuff and go out and eat after.

A little overpriced but great location

I like that they give you a code to your room and there is no check in/check out process. However if you needed something from 'the front desk' I feel like that may be an inconvenience? I arrived when it was dark outside and it could be more lit up in the parking area for comfort of safety. I stayed in Room 7 and it was much smaller than I expected (fine for me travelling as a solo person but I don't know where you would put two suitcases). The room was decorated beautifully, modern touches thruout, recently renovated and shower was lovely. They had a coffee pourover setup which is a bonus that I also love and a mini fridge in the room. Walking distance to Pagosa Springs and all the little shops too.
