Comfortable, quiet stay
Located very conveniently, but away from the bustle of town. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Our room had a huge bathroom which was so nice. Property has a nice picnic area and the staff was friendly. Restaurant has some great looking pizza choices but didn't work out for us to eat there. Restaurant closed Mon and Tues. I wish there were more well cared for properties like this out there.

Hearing the birds was nice. The temperature was also nice in March. Patty was welcoming and friendly. The Breakfast portion of this Bed and Breakfast was inaccurate. I'm not sure how often this situation happens but we were told we had a "continental breakfast" in our room which consisted of packaged goods. In the room were nearly constant noises from the refrigerator, the cooling system, and the fan. Lastly we were unlucky to have very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors above us. Unsure if the building is capable of insulating noise from neighbors. The whole experience was OK, the grounds are inviting, and it's a change from a basic hotel.

Great place to stay!
Very nice place to stay. Very clean and quiet! I would of stayed longer but they were already booked solid…that’s how nice it is. I would definitely stay again!

Sink plugged in bathroom. Water verily drained and plugged on third day completely. Bad odor from repairing it. Bed had a small matress, liked an oversized cot. Cold cereal or oatmeal for breakfast with fruit and donuts. No eggs, meat. Just the plain bare necessities.

Traveling with my 9 year old grandson. This was an excellent, easy to find ,convenient place. The WiFi worked well, which made him happy. The breakfast ( cold) was in the room. And he was thrilled with the apple juice in the frig. Very comfy and clean

The K7 Bed and Breakfast was as advertised. It was very clean and Patty was excellent. It was a super easy check in and everything was ready when we arrived (early). Very comfortable and cute rooms. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
