Staff were very professional and friendly. This is our go-to hotel for Glasgow airport. The only real quibble I have is the food available for an evening meal, it is decidedly average.

Very nice airport hotel
Very nice economical airport hotel. Great for spending the night before a morning departure. Filling buffet breakfast included in room rate is great for avoiding ridiculous airport food prices. Friendly staff, this was the first time I've seen a manager-type person up on the room floors checking in and chatting with housekeeping staff. They all seemed like friends. The covered walkway to the terminal was convenient; about a 5 minute walk.
