The hotel itself was fine for an unexpected delay. However the desk clerk was brusque. She seemed annoyed we had booked through expedia. Then tried to convince us to buy an expensive prepaid meal that had fewer choices and higher prices than the standard menu. The restaurant staff however were very pleasant which improved our mood after a canceled flight and unfriendly checkin

Bathrooms need refurbished
The staff was great and the hotel is directly across from the terminal, but the bathrooms are dated and need redone - the shower valve is very yellowed, the toilet is very difficult to flush, stained bath etc. The room itself was pleasantly renovated, but the room was very cold on arrival, took hours to heat up then it was too hot and I couldn't sleep, in the morning the bathroom was baltic. While having a drink in the bar we were constantly hit with cold smokey air as people came in and out for a smoke. Must be a better solution to that.
